Pendulum
One moment here, gone the next. I’m suffering from insomnia, so I’ve by lying in bed and having deep thoughts.
Hence, this poem.

It’s been a tough week for me, simply because I haven’t been connected with the Lord as I should have. But it’s gotten better. The Lord has called me back and I’m excited to share some of the things that I’m learning.
The end of the (school) year always brings several emotions, from excitement to fear, and uncertainty. In today’s blog post, I’m sharing the few ways that I’m coping with not knowing. I just don’t know. It’s a scary place to be, but also a time to trust God like never before and walk with Him set by step.
Someone wrote a poem that they’ve very excited to share! Check it out!
Hello friends! I hope you’re all doing great. I missed my usual soundtrack for the week yesterday. I’m so sorry, I missed the post because I had a horrible headache so I went to bed right after church. I had a chorale (my college choir) concert earlier in the afternoon and I was going to write about my love for music and how one of our songs (in our secular choir) was inspired by the prophet Elijah. The song is called Life thine eyes, and it’s inspired by the story in 1 Kings 19, when Jezebel wanted to kill Elijah because He called down fire from heaven and killed hundreds of ball’s prophets. Elijah fled to the wilderness, and asked God to kill him (yeah yeah, he was suicidal, lonely and frustrated so can we stop with the silence over depression especially in the church?) It’s a really interesting story so please check it out in 1 Kings 19. I’ll condense the story by stating that God came through for Elijah, assured Him of His unwavering love, told him …
What would you do if you were absolutely not afraid? For me, it’s as simple as doing all my school work on time. Fear is paralyzing, and I share more on how I deal with it on today’s blog.
